SO Restaurant is back at HYPER JAPAN for a third time this year, bringing its unique take on Japanese food to the event.

SO Restaurant was voted the Favourite Japanese Restaurant in the UK by Japanese residents in 2009, and if you sample what they'll be selling, it's easy to see why. SO Restaurant’s Head Sushi Chef, Tomokazu Matsuya, will be entering the Eat-Japan Sushi Awards: UK Sushi Roll Championship 2012, battling it out with four other chefs to create the ultimate makizushi roll.
