The Eat-Japan Sake Awards: Top Brewery Taste-Off is a brand new event launching at HYPER JAPAN Spring 2012. It’s been designed to showcase some of the very best sake coming out of Japan today. This is your chance to take part in the biggest ever public sake tasting event in the UK!

There are seven brilliant breweries taking part in the Sake Awards. Click on each link to learn more:

As a participant, we’ll be asking you to evaluate the sake you taste at the Eat-Japan Sake Awards based on a set of unique perspectives, from general categories such as aroma, palate and food pairing, to more unusual ones: label & bottle design, naming sense, each sake’s ‘narrative’, and which sake you’d most like to give as a gift to a loved one.

Your votes, along with the other 1499 participants, will be compiled and the winners announced on the HYPER JAPAN main stage on the final day, February 26 2012. Your feedback will help determine future sake trends in the UK.

Sake Awards: Ticket Information

A HYPER JAPAN entry ticket is required in addition to your Sake Awards ticket. Combined tickets are available: with HYPER JAPAN entry only or with HYPER JAPAN entry and a Sushi Awards ticket.
