Food is a big part of Japanese culture, which means that food is a big part of HYPER JAPAN, too. So if you’re a fan of Japanese food and drink, get ready to start feeling hungry. For starters, HYPER JAPAN 2011 will be hosting the UK Sushi Roll Championship, a UK-only version of the renowned Sushi Awards created especially for HYPER JAPAN! You can also eat your fill from the Eat-Japan Food Court, where stalls will be serving up a wide range of Japanese cuisine, from sushi to curry to sweets and snacks.
