On 温 is a brand created by Loretta Liu and her team. 

The brand includes French Patisserie with Asian flavour - macarons, pink peach ice cream and chiffon cakes - and a Cookery school.

The character "On" symbolises a dim sum steamer, producing heat, sustenance and sitting at the very core of a traditional Chinese compound house. These houses were not just for one family - often generations and extended family would be sharing the same household. It embodies the heart of a family community, where the kitchen provides for everyone around them, giving them skills, confidence and rewards to do well. 

This giving spirit is very much part of who we are, and explains why we support Southwark Playhouse's Youth Company, through jobs we give them, as well as donations of macarons to sell at their productions.
