SO Restaurant was voted the Favourite Japanese Restaurant in the UK by Japanese people in 2009, and if you sample what they’ll be selling, it’s easy to see why. SO Restaurant’s Head Sushi Chef, Tomokazu Matsuya, was at HYPER JAPAN 2010 helping us out with the KIKKOMAN Sushi Challenge. SO Restaurant will also be participating in the SUSHI AWARDS 2011: UK Sushi Roll Championship.
