Refunds & Exchanges

We regret to inform you that HYPER JAPAN 2013 tickets are non-refundable and we are not able to offer exchanges, as per our Terms and Conditions.

If you realise you have made an error in your ticket purchase or there have been payment processing problems, please contact TicketWeb Help Desk above.

Entry during busy times

he Organiser will make every effort to ensure that entry into the event is as smooth as possible. During busy times, it may be necessary to wait to gain entry into the event, even where you have purchased advance tickets. It is not possible for the Organiser to give refunds to ticket holders who have had to wait to gain entry to the event. Please plan ahead and allow enough time to get to the venue, especially if you are planning to see a popular show or performance. It is strongly recommended that you arrive early so you will not miss the show due to long queues. It will be possible to re-enter the venue once you have left, but where there is a queue you will be required to join the back of the queue to gain re-entry.
